1. Basic processing of personal data
We are legally obliged to inform you about the purpose, scope and manner of the collection and use of your personal data. To give you a good feeling for the way in which we collect, process and use data, we provide you with an overview of data processing. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. Personal data is individual information about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. If you send us an e-mail, we will store it until we have dealt with your enquiry or until the expiry of any statutory retention obligations. We ensure that the data is stored securely against unauthorised access by third parties. Please note, however, that unencrypted e-mails sent via the Internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorised access by third parties. Alternatively, you can send us a message via our secure contact form (SSL or TLS standard).

1.3 Processing of your data (enquiries, customer data)
When you contact us, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use your customer data only insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), insofar as we have a legitimate interest in the processing. Without providing the required data, your request cannot be processed or the contract with you cannot be concluded. There is no automated decision-making (including profiling) and there is no intention to transfer your data to a recipient in a third country (states outside the European Union and the European Economic Area) or an international organisation.
1.4 Applications
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by e-mail, post or via online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected as part of the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other legal provisions and that your data will be treated in strict confidence.
Scope and purpose of data collection
If you send us an application, we process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the context of job interviews, etc.) to the extent that this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-neu under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons involved in processing your application. If the application is successful, the data you submitted will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of § 26 BDSG-neu and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.
Retention period of the data
If we are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or request us to delete the data, the data you have submitted, including any remaining physical application documents, will be stored or retained (retention period) for a maximum of 6 months after completion of the application process in order to be able to trace the details of the application process in the event of discrepancies (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
YOU CAN OBJECT TO THIS STORAGE IF YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE INTERESTS THAT OUTWEIGH OUR INTERESTS.
After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data or another legal reason for further storage. If it is evident that it will be necessary to retain your data after the retention period has expired (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), the data will only be deleted once it has become irrelevant. Other statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
1.5 Data subject rights
You have the right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR) as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 21 GDPR) as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
1.6 Categories of recipients of personal data:
Personal data is not transmitted to third parties as a matter of principle. Data is only transferred if it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract that you have concluded with us. Further transfers will only take place if we are legally obliged to do so.
1.7 Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
If you believe that your rights have been violated in the collection, processing or use of your personal data by us, you can contact the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). This authority will investigate the complaint and inform the data subject of the outcome.
1.8 Duration of the storage of personal data
The data sent will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request) and we delete the data. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.
Upon request, we will also be happy to provide you with this information in printed form. To do so, please contact us at the address given under Contact (point 1.2) or at the reception of the dbb forum siebengebirge.

CleverReach
This website uses CleverReach for the sending of newsletters. The provider is the CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany (hereinafter "CleverReach"). The data you have entered for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter (e.g., e-mail address) are stored on servers of CleverReach in Germany or in Ireland.
Newsletters we send out via CleverReach allow us to analyze the user patterns of our newsletter recipients. Among other things, in conjunction with this, it is possible how many recipients actually opened the newsletter e-mail and how often which link inside the newsletter has been clicked. With the assistance of a tool called Conversion Tracking, we can also determine whether an action that has been predefined in the newsletter actually occurred after the link was clicked (e.g., purchase of a product on this website). For more information on the data analysis services by CleverReach newsletters, please go to: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/features/reporting-tracking/cking/.
The data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data processing transactions that have taken place prior to your revocation. If you do not want to permit an analysis by CleverReach, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for you to do this in every newsletter message. The data deposited with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or the newsletter service provider and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored for other purposes with us remain unaffected. After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The storage in the blacklist is indefinite. You may object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
For more details, please consult the Data Protection Provisions of CleverReach at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/privacy-policy/.
